Good news! Many companies are already betting on ‘people first’, because they know that people who enjoy their work are more valuable to the organization.

I respond to this with workshops and training courses. This way I help people (in an organization) in their search for their intrinsic motivation. This bears fruit, both in their private and professional lives.

In consultation with the participants / clients I design the workshops and trainings purposefully.
Possible themes are:

  • Improve collaboration within a team or between teams
  • Preparing and setting objectives, business goals (KPIs)
  • Personal development with the aim of (re)discovering what your qualities are, what you enjoy working for and what you find important in your work environment.
